I was with my friends we wanted to add each other but it dosent send friend requests I even gave him my uid and it says he sent it but I checked my inbox and there’s no friend requests please solve this problem.

My friend list had 26 people and he had 28 friend and he had one friend request but I have zero friend requests and the problem is I added his old account before but the one I’m trying to add is his new account or alternate account and also I’m from Egypt but i don’t know which country he is in
