Frozen frost challenge

I am frustrated with FC because i tried the challenge two times and then it came to abandon the challenge but unfortunately my mobile got switched off and after that when i started i got 100 rankup tokens and only 2500 gems instead i should get 250 rankup tokens and 3000. Gems and sometimes getting untradable instead of tradable
