In future stars the game where you need to store a Hattrick is simply impossible to do. I scored multiple hat, tricks, and nothing happens.
Additionally, the counter that counts milestones to get rewards is still on zero.
this is not the first time such things happen would appreciate a fix
With the Pisilli hat track task, its not clear if they have to assist ONLY on the hat-trick goal, on all 3 goals, or on any of the 3 goals.
So far, I've assisted Pisilli on the first two goals of the hat trick but not the last, and it did not work.
Has anyone completed this successfully and can advise on what combination of things you need to meet the requirements?
Did the same task with Mastrantuono. Completed with 3 assists using different goal scorers.
Ah so its a trio of goal assists, not assisting one goal scorer! Got it.

I understand where you're coming from with that feedback, and we'll pass that on.

Could you try assisting Pisilli with all three goals? Once Pisilli has assisted all 3 goals ,and you win the match by at least 3 goals, you should be able to claim the rewards and move on to the next step.

Could you make sure to score the hat-tricks with the same player? By that I mean the same player scores all 3 goals in the hat-trick.
EA_Pulsar explained the task best below, so I've popped a quote of his post in here:
For Assist for a hat-trick to count, your player (Pisilli in your case) needs to provide all three assists for the same player’s three goals (the full hat-trick), not just the assist for the third goal that completes the hat-trick. Once Pisilli has assisted all three goals and you win the match by at least 3 goals, you should be able to claim the rewards and move on to the next step.
