Subject: FC Mobile Bug – Gabriel Incorrectly Marked as “In Lineup”

Hello EA Support,

I have had this problem for 3 weeks in FC Mobile. My Gabriel player (124 OVR, CB, trained to level 30) is incorrectly marked as “In Lineup” in the Star Signings exchange, where he costs 5,000 tokens.

Gabriel is not in my starting lineup, substitutes, or any of my saved Game Plans. I have checked all my formations, but the problem persists.

I cannot exchange this player because of this bug. Please investigate and fix this issue.
