Game freezing and lose of Rewards

My Game gets stuck after I finish a match in any format, division rivals/live events etc. Because of this I've lost my rewards from multiple places because when I restart my game it says I lost which is frustrating.

For example I won 13-0 against tots even utots section utots match and game got frozen then I restarted and I only got 1 utots token.

I have a gaming mobile so it's not a problem from my side.
