Still 0 help from you guys? It has been over a month already and you guys can't even fix this stupid problem? In the mean time, new bugs arrises. Ah maybe because it doesn't bring you guys any money, then why bother fixing it, right? Typical EA.

- Have you tried another device? No
- Do you get any error messages? Frozen screen last forever so no error messages
- Do you have any pending updates? No. My phone have latest iOS 17 updated
My error usually occuree after i click play on H2H. Screen goes dark and not showing the matching opponent page. Suddenly screen goes dim while showing player entering the field. Then suddenly it becomes bright and become frozen at kick off. This freeze last forever.
it happens for my every second h2h match. Need to restart game every time i want to play a match if i want to guarantee it works.
I’ve even deleted 1/3 of the apps in my phone and do all the troubleshooting and still not working. Many people faced this so surely its from the EA side.
i’ve spent hundreds of dollars on your fifa point and now it’s unplayable. I might try to find a way if i can get back my money spent on broken game.
