Error in FC point spine

I used my 600 fc point in a spine the spine was 110-115 ovr player then I spined in it and then some internet issue occurred from my side and i refreshed the game my 600 fc point were gone and i didn't get any player so I am requesting to EA sports to refund me the 600 fc point or give me a tradable player
