Game lags randomly/FPS problem

These kind of things usually happens when I was playing 'Division Rivals' mode. There as you can see in the video/attachment, it lags like I played somewhere in the forest (which I wasn't). And it shows green✅ which meant my line or internet is just fine. I also have one more major problem for you to fix it ASAP. This bug/problem often happens when I was matchmaking in VSA like normal but then when it just started the game suddenly tells me that I've lost connection which my internet and also line is just fine not even showing a single bar drop. After that, the game just continued like nothing happened meanwhile my opponent just got free star by fighting with bots and I just lost my star for nothing. Please fix this problems my precious EA devs🙏🏻
