Game Loading Error - Unable to access the configuration of current build.

my little brother start open he fc mobile but the system said like retry and then he try so hard to get it because he just use account guest but before this he can log in back but for now cant, pleas...

The game gives me an error where it says unable to access current configuration and I've tried everything 

I've cleared both data and cache, I've force stopped it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and switched from WiFi to mobile data but still it's not working 

Also tried every single step of the EA troubleshooting and still no change
