Community ManagerHey everyone. I’ve merged your posts into this thread to make it easier for us to communicate and track this issue.
To help the team investigate, could you please confirm the following:
- Did you recently change the Google Play account used in the Google Play Store app?
- Did you see any error message in-game before the account got stuck?
- At the “Choose account” step, are you selecting one of the accounts shown and still getting stuck? If so, which account are you selecting when trying to continue?

Uhhh for me i just saw an ea ad and heard some people talking about it and decided to start playing again but it doenst let me choose then starts infinitely loading and basically i tried airplan mode or the wifi and mobile data things but none of it seems to be working
