5 hours agoHey everyone. I’ve merged your posts into this thread to make it easier for us to communicate and track this issue.
To help the team investigate, could you please confirm the following:
- Did you recently change the Google Play account used in the Google Play Store app?
- Did you see any error message in-game before the account got stuck?
- At the “Choose account” step, are you selecting one of the accounts shown and still getting stuck? If so, which account are you selecting when trying to continue?
