I get stuck in this loading screen. I restarted the game and my phone and it still doesnt work. what can I do?

    Thank you for popping up that screenshot. It helps get a visual of what you're seeing on your side. 

    When did this start happening for you? Can you see any pending updates in the Play/App store?

      It just happened today. Playstore does not have any pending updates

        Hey hnv0trp8gey9​,

        Thanks for checking. I took a peek and found an existing thread on this. EA_Pulsar​ is gathering more information to help narrow things down. This is the information he's asked for:

        • Did you recently change the Google Play account used in the Google Play Store app?
        • Did you see any error message in-game before the account got stuck?
        • At the “Choose account” step, are you selecting one of the accounts shown and still getting stuck? If so, which account are you selecting when trying to continue?

        I'll move this convo over to that thread in the meantime so we can help keep reports on this together.
