this one happen to me as well
Did you recently change the Google Play account used in the Google Play Store app? - NO
Did you see any error message in-game before the account got stuck? - YES("failed to log in)
At the “Choose account” step, are you selecting one of the accounts shown and still getting stuck? If so, which account are you selecting when trying to continue? - YES(EA Sports account)

Are you able to click the EA Sports Account option before it starts loading? Or is the screen stuck on loading before you can choose the EA Sports Account option?
