Game loading screen - "Choose Account"

It's been 3 days now yet when i log in it tells me to choose between my 122 acc or guest 116 acc but I can't even choose because the loading time takes time up to about 20 mins pls I need help on this I can't afford to lose that account

    Thanks for letting us know you're also running into this. Could you check if this helps unstick the screen for you?
