Game stuck on the downloading screen of matches

When i click on matches or divison rivals the downloading screen appear when the downloading goes to 100 it's stuck no matter how many time you wait but the bgm is playing it's happening with me 3to4 days please ea with this to me and that's i can't paly the game so when you fix it give me some rewards
