Re: Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup

Hello EA Support, my 119 OVR Gusto,119 OVR Chuena and 119 OVR Messi is stuck showing 'In Lineup' even though he is not in any of my active lineups.I have many more players that I can't exchange that are showing online, but right now I want to exchange Messi, Gusto and Chuena. He was used in the previous Gauntlet Mode, which has now ended and disappeared. As a result, I cannot clear them from that squad or exchange him for shards. Kindly clear/unlink my squad including Messi Gusto and Chuena from any phantom lineups. My User ID:
