Ghost league join request – can't accept or decline, red notification stuck

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile

Platform: Android

Device: Poco X6 Pro

Game Version: 26.1.04

Bug mode: Leagues (League Applications)

 

What happens:

There is a ghost application in my league join requests. Profile picture is black, no username, no level, nothing. I cannot accept it or decline it. Because of this, the red notification badge on the league tab never goes away.

 

What should happen:

The ghost application should be removed so I can manage league join requests normally.

    I had that same issue wich has led to my current issue... i cant leave the league im in as it tells me i need to delete it but i dont have ownership not getting any further with ea... Most advise on here is awesome so my advise is listen.. Dont get stuck like me...
