Hey. Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. Does this issue happen in every game, or only randomly? Have you also tried clearing the FC Mobile cache in your Android settings?

    This issue only occurs during 1v1 matches. I have already tried several troubleshooting steps: I cleared the cache, disabled all automatic gameplay options, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem persists.
