GK waits until 6-second timer expires before kicking/throwing Mode: AI vs You

 When the goalkeeper gains possession, the GK sometimes refuses to distribute the ball normally and waits almost until the entire 6-second possession timer expires before throwing or kicking it. The delay happens even when there is no obvious reason to hold the ball.
