Glitch and bug

I was exchanging player for masheranos in the exchange area and i exchanged for 2 masheranos but it glitched out and gave me only one or sometimes non i thought it was a one time glitch and it kept happening more frequently . I have lost about 6 to 7 masheranos from it. Please fix this
