Glitch or Bug account

I would like to report a major technical issue (bug / glitch / abnormal gameplay logic) that I frequently encounter in FC 26 Mobile.

I am experiencing repeated situations where match outcomes appear to be heavily influenced by the game’s scripting system rather than by team overall rating (OVR), player quality, or actual gameplay skill. Below are several concrete examples:

 

1. VSA (Versus Attack):
• There are many cases where teams with significantly lower OVR consistently win against much stronger teams.
• There are matches at 1 star, 9 stars, or even 0 stars where it becomes practically impossible to progress, regardless of performance.
• In the past, I experienced situations where I played over 30 matches at 0 stars without being able to obtain even 1 star.
• Player value and gameplay style no longer seem to matter; instead, the outcome appears to be determined by the game script. If the script does not allow you to win, it is impossible to progress, no matter how weak the opposing team is.

3. Head to Head (H2H):
• The mode is full of hackers using very weak teams, yet it is impossible to take the ball from them.
• There are also matches where the game script behaves erratically: in the final minutes, all opposing players suddenly gain much higher speed and responsiveness compared to my players, regardless of stats.

5. Player Performance Issues:
• For example, my Haaland Full 120 OVR misses more than 50% of his shots in VSA matches, which is completely unrealistic given his rating and attributes.

Additionally, I would like to mention that I make monthly payments in FC Mobile and have spent hundreds of euros in the game so far. However, if these issues are not addressed—

1) the presence of hackers and

2) the current scripted gameplay logic—

I will seriously consider withdrawing from the game in the future.

 

It is extremely frustrating to have a full 120 OVR team and still be easily defeated by a 110 OVR team, simply because the game script seems to favor that outcome.

 

There is also the possibility that my account may be affected by a specific bug, which I kindly ask you to investigate.

 

Please analyze this situation and take the necessary measures.
