Re: Bug In progress - unable to progress Nation's Call - Week 4 Quests.
Hello EA Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious technical issue regarding "The World's Game" event milestone, specifically the Global Gaffer challenge.
I have already completed 27 rounds in total from the very beginning of the event, and my current milestone progress tracker for this specific challenge shows 10/15. However, I am now completely unable to progress any further to finish the remaining 5 rounds and claim the final rewards, including the event stadium.
Here are the specific details of the bug:
- Looping GO Button: When I click the "GO" button on the Global Gaffer milestone card, the game does not redirect me to any playable section. It simply refreshes and brings me back to the exact same 'Nation's Call' screen.
- Missing Event Chapter: The challenge description requires players to "Complete 15 Rounds of The World Tour." However, "The World Tour" chapter is currently completely missing and no longer visible in the main event navigation bar (which only shows Nation's Call, World's Club, Live OVR, Mystery Drop, Chronicles, Chronicles II, and Moments Gallery).
Because "The World Tour" is no longer available to play, the "GO" button has nowhere to redirect, creating an endless loop. This content expiration mismatch means players who have dedicated time to this event are now unfairly locked out of completing the milestone.
Could you please look into this server-side oversight and provide a hotfix, or automatically grant the remaining milestone progress to affected players so we do not lose our rewards?
