Re: Festive Fixtures Badge - +1 OVR Boost Issue

Hello,

I am reporting a clear inconsistency between UI and actual squad OVR calculation.

What the UI shows:

- Team Badge / Armada A: +1 Team OVR

- Team Badge / Armada B: +1 Team OVR

What actually happens:

- With BOTH badges active → Squad OVR does NOT increase

- With ONLY ONE badge active → Squad OVR does NOT increase

- Removing all badges → Squad OVR remains the same

This confirms that the Team OVR bonus is displayed in the UI

but not applied to the actual squad OVR calculation.

I am attaching screenshots that clearly show:

1) Badge screen with +1 Team OVR

2) Squad screen where OVR does not change

This seems either a bug or an undocumented change.

Please clarify.

I just level Glorious Era badge to the max and suppose to have +1 ovr but my ovr not +1, please kindly check this issue 

Hi, I’ve fully maxed my arm (ID: *snip* ) and spent a lot of in-game currency to reach max stats, but there’s a display bug: it shows 123 while dragging my character over another player, but drops to 122 after the action. This makes it look like my arm isn’t maxed. Please fix this so the correct max value (123) shows consistently.

Pls fix the badge bug pls i have spent a lot of coins the festive fixuture badge is not working. My id name is MR.LegendGaming.

My team should be 122 after got this badge but it stayed 121

I had badge progress of 1685/2000 of Glorious Eras. I used the TOTY extra time tokens in star scout for obtaining Glorious Eras players and spent around 800m coins to max the Glorious Eras badge. Now, after maxing the Glorious Eras badge my team OVR should have been 122 (Base 115+ 5 Ranks + Max Festive Fixtures badge + Max Glorious Eras badge).

But it's still 121. The problem appears to be that glorious eras badge Max level was acquired after start of TOTY Event, whereas the festive fixtures badge Max level was acquired before TOTY Event and which still carried forward the +1 OVR. But +1 OVR acquired after start of TOTY Event through Maxed out Glorious Eras badge is not reflecting.

If that was the idea, why not notify the players beforehand so we would not have wasted our coins and fodders. If it's a bug, kindly resolve it ASAP as it's unfair to play division rivals (VSA and MM) against stronger players with -1 OVR difference despite having same badges and teams, just that acquiring the badges sometime after them. If the badges are not expired, there is no reason to not reflect the plus +1 OVR.

When I tryna equip Glorious Eras it say unknown error but when I try a different badge it work perfectly fine is just Glorious Eras I keep getting unknown error is there a way to fix this problem?

Same with me I have completed my festive fixtures badge but it is not giving me the 1+ over my over without badge is 120 and with badge it should be 121

Same for me. Why EA is not addressing this issue?

I'm facing similar issue I've reached the festive fixture badge level 3, didn't get +1 ovr boost.

I got the 3rd level badge in the fc mobile festival fixtures event, added 2000xp and it shows that my team ovr is 1+ after I put the badge on but that doesn't happen.

I completed the PL badge league, collected 2000, unlocked it, but I still haven't gotten +1 ovr, no matter what I do, I stay at 120 and I need to be 121 ovr, regards

Hello EA Support Team,

I received the Premier League badge in FC Mobile, but my Overall Rating (OVR) did not increase.

My current OVR is 120, and after receiving the badge, it should have increased to 121, but nothing changed.

Here are my details:

Please check my account and confirm whether this is a bug or if there is an issue preventing the OVR increase.

Where is my fixtures festives +1 OVR boost?

Even my original OVR are 120 without any boost , but when its equiped with level max fixtures festive nothing change!!!

I'm having the exact same problem, I hope EA resolves it for us. 

My team did not  upgrade OVR.
