Graphics problem

Hello EA FC Mobile Team,

I am writing to request that the Redmi Note 14 4G (Helio G99 Ultra) be added to the high frame rate / 60 FPS whitelist.

Device Details:

Model: Redmi Note 14 4G

Chipset: MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra (Mali-G57 MC2 GPU)

RAM: 6GB

Display: 120Hz AMOLED

Storage: 128GB

OS: Latest HyperOS

Issue:

In the Graphics settings, the High Frame Rate (60 FPS) option is grayed out with the message “Not supported on this device.” Higher graphics options are also limited.

My device can comfortably run other modern games at high settings with good performance and the 120Hz display. Many users with similar mid-range chipsets are able to play at 60 FPS.

Request:

Please consider whitelisting the Redmi Note 14 4G in a future update so we can access High/60 FPS settings. This would greatly improve the experience for thousands of budget device users.

I have attached screenshots of the graphics menu showing the locked options.
