Graphics Settings - Exynos VS Snapdragon

Platform:Android
What's your device's make and model? Samsung Galaxy S24+ Exynos
What's your device's firmware? Android 14
What is your game version? 20.1.03
In what game mode did the bug occur? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to change the graphics settings on the application to the max.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 0800 UTC+0530

The bug is this -

- On my previous A52s running Snapdragon 778G, I'm able to boost the graphics settings to Ultra and max out all the graphics settings. The device is more than 2 years old and yet I'm able to do this.

- On my new S24+ running Exynos 2400 / 12 GB RAM, I'm not able to change the graphics settings to the max. It should be possible since this processor is almost equivalent to the top of the line snapdragon chip unless there's a setting that's preventing us from changing it.

I'm attaching both screenshots from my previous device and the current one. Its a bit silly that a phone with the top end chip cannot have the settings maxed out.

Could you please advise?

@rydrg Hi mate - word from the team is that they are aware and are working on a fix to address for next update.

Hi, I am using OnePlus 12. But am not getting Ultra option in the graphics settings..Is there any workaround for it?? Previously I was using a 3 yr old phone with SD 870 and there I Could easily get the ultra graphics option. But in this new OnePlus 12 with Snapdragon 8 gen 3, am not getting that option. Please suggest

@TIRTH91 Per above - the team is working on it and will hopefully have a fix in the forthcoming update

Hello. I can't select Ultra graphics either. A few months ago, I could access all graphics. Now the maximum graphics I can access is medium. The phone is Samsung A50, 4 GB Ram. Please resolve this.

@RuslanFCmobile I don’t think it has - there seem to be some integration issues with some android devices.

In any event, unless you are next door to the server, the higher graphic settings makes h2h so laggy it’s not worth it 😉

What stops the developers to make more devices access higher graphic settings, which clearly have the ability to do so? How come i can access high graphics without any problems on other games? Is Ea not advanced enough to possibly do something to fix this it? It has been happening for a couple years now.
