Yes exactly the same thing that happens to me everyday 

Title: H2H and Manager Mode Keep Disconnecting – Samsung Galaxy J7 Max

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a repeated disconnection problem in FC Mobile. Whenever I try to play Head-to-Head (H2H) matches, the game disconnects and shows that I have been disconnected from the match.

The same problem is also happening in Manager Mode. However, VSA works normally.

My details:

• Device: Samsung Galaxy J7 Max (SM-G615F)
• Model: SM-G615F
• OS: Android 8.1.0 (Oreo)
• Internet provider: Jio (Reliance Jio)
• Connection: Mobile data
• Problem: H2H and Manager Mode disconnect
• VSA: Works normally
• Ping/internet: Stable

I have already tried clearing the game's data and other basic troubleshooting steps, but the problem is still happening.

Could you please investigate whether this is a server-side or game-related issue and let me know how it can be fixed?

I am having a serious connection problem in FC Mobile. Whenever I play Head-to-Head (H2H), the match disconnects and I get the message that I have been disconnected from the game.

The same problem is now happening in Manager Mode as well. However, VSA works normally.

I have already tried:
• Clearing the game's data/cache
• Restarting my phone
• Checking my internet connection
• Trying mobile data
• Restarting the game

My internet connection and ping are stable, but H2H and Manager Mode continue to disconnect. But vsa mode works. Am playing with my mobile data

Device: Samsung Galaxy J7 Max
Network: Jio mobile data

Isp or internet provider-jio (Reliance jio) 

Os-8.1.0 (Oreo)

Please check whether there is an issue with my account, matchmaking/session servers, or FC Mobile itself. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this and let me know when a fix is available.

my problem is whenever i tried to plag head to head when the kick off suddenly a connection error how  do i fix that i tried everything like clear cache clear data even i uninstall the game and re install but not work.

I also keep getting disconnected while playing head 2 head but my internet connection is good it happens only in h2h I can play vsa without problem so pls help me out ea

Same problem, only 2 stars left for fc champion but the error often came up like 'disconnection error' 😭. frustrating 😡

I keep getting Disconnection Error 0x04000000 in H2H matches despite having a stable connection. This has happened at least six times, causing me to disconnect from matches and lose progress. It is not limited to reaching 8 stars.

Everytime I start a h2h a error shows code 0×04000000 and disconnects me from the game it has been happening since yesterday before yesterday I was smoothly playing h2h so ea pls fix this

How can you update, it was ok at first then you try to implement a fix but it turns out worse!!!...never had it (this issue) for one year or so but now the game simply crashes when playing H2H matches. Terrible. It seems it just don't have any criteria, management...in any workplace you certainly find pressure but I think thats not the case. Simply can't stand/accept any critics at all, sadly. Its recurring though. 

Disappointing just that. The GAME UPDATES THEN THE GAMEPLAY REVERTS TO THE SAMR PATTERN, same style. An update then all over again. Update then the same picture. It turned out worse and sure you won't feel anything. Always the same. Again and again.
