h2h PvP mode and got my Charlton plyer crashed in the game

What happens when the bug occurs? One player got crashed but others works properly
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 14:23 PM
I play fc mobile but today I experienced the biggest bug , I play h2h PvP mode and got my Charlton plyer crashed in the game , it's very irritating and that's why I didn't win the match ...
If possible for the report to make the app more stable , can you give me a prime Ramos from centurion event or prime Henry from mls event....(Though this is a request but mostly appreciated...coz I don't have any 97 ovr plyer...)

On Android if you don’t regularly clear your game cache before playing you can get crashes and glitches, particularly in h2h mode.
