Hand ball bug

Subject: Bug Report: Uncalled Handballs by AI/Opponent Players in FC Mobile

Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to report a recurring and significant bug in FC Mobile that negatively impacts gameplay fairness and realism. The issue concerns uncalled handballs by AI and opponent players during matches.

Description of the Issue:

During various game modes (most notably H2H and sometimes VSA), I have consistently observed instances where opponent AI or player-controlled characters clearly make contact with the ball using their hands/arms. Despite these obvious handball situations, the referee does not call a foul, and play continues uninterrupted.

Impact on Gameplay:

 * Unfair Advantage: Opponent players gain an unfair advantage by intentionally or unintentionally stopping the ball's momentum, controlling it, or deflecting it with their hands, without any penalty.

 * Breaks Realism: This bug significantly detracts from the realistic football experience the game aims to provide, as handballs are a fundamental foul in real-life football.

 * Frustration: It leads to immense frustration for players when their attacks are unjustly thwarted or when opponents benefit from a clear rule infringement.

 * Match Outcome: In some cases, these uncalled handballs have directly influenced the outcome of matches, which is unacceptable in a competitive environment.

Examples of Occurrences (If you have specific examples, please add them here):

 * Example 1: (e.g., During an H2H match, an opponent defender intentionally put his hand out to block a shot, but play continued.)

 * Example 2: (e.g., An AI attacker was dribbling, and the ball clearly bounced off his arm, allowing him to maintain possession and score.)

Proposed Solution/Request:

I kindly request that your development team investigate this issue thoroughly and implement a fix to ensure that handballs by AI and opponent players are correctly detected and penalized by the in-game referee, in accordance with the rules of football. This would greatly improve the fairness and enjoyment of the game.
