20 hours agoHi there. Sorry to hear you’re running into this error. This is usually linked to a download or local data issue, so try this in order: fully close FC Mobile and reopen it, clear the app cache, then clear app storage/data if needed.
On Android, make sure your network is set to 4G/5G Auto and that Google Play Services plus Android System WebView are up to date.
On iOS, free up some storage and clear Safari history and website data. If it still doesn’t work, reinstall FC Mobile after linking your account first, so your progress is safe. If Head to Head still shows as disabled after that, check whether your device meets the mode’s requirements.
