Head to Head and Manager mode stadium glitch

I am writing to report a persistent technical issue where my selected custom stadium is not appearing during matches. Despite equipping my preferred stadium in the "Club" settings, the game consistently forces "Stadion Olympik" in both Head-to-Head (H2H) and Manager Mode and the system has been also neglecting the ball which i chose.
