Head to head and versus attack uses the wrong players

When I edit my lineup in My Team, everything is correct and my OVR updates properly. However, when I start a Head-to-Head or Versus Attack match, the game automatically replaces some of my players with older players.

Players affected:

LW: Alex Baena (124 OVR) is replaced by Yıldız (123 OVR).

GK: Petr Čech (126 OVR) is replaced by Kobel (122 OVR).

RB: Malo Gusto (124 OVR) is replaced by Reece James (119 OVR).

The lineup in My Team is correct before the match, but once the match starts, different players are used.

I have already tried:

Restarting the game.

Changing my lineup.

• Rebuilding my squad.

Saving and rechecking the lineup.

The issue still happens in both Head-to-Head and Versus Attack.

This appears to be a bug because the game ignores my selected lineup during matches.
