Head to head issue

Whenever I play h2h, my game freezes for a second in between the match. This happens everytime I try to play h2h and I don't know what to do about it and it's not like it freezes for one time, it freezes frequently during the game. It's not even a network issue. I also tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but it didn't solve the issue. I really don't know what to do know. Because of it I lose my h2h match even if my ovr is 109. Please solve it ASAP.
