I can't play head to head

When reporting an issue on the boards, sharing as much detail as possible helps both Community Managers and players troubleshoot much more effectively. Whenever you run into a problem, it really helps to explain exactly what happens on screen, any specific error messages or codes you receive, your device model and operating system version, the connection type you are using, and any troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
