Headaches from New Arrow Graphic

Hi dev team, in the two days since the annual update, I've gotten a headache every time I play a few matches. I played last year's edition for months and never had this problem. I am 99% sure it's because the new player directional arrow (graphic) is large, bright, and moves instantaneously/too quickly for me. I tried to see if I could turn off the arrow or revert to the old one in visual settings but did not see any option. I may be in the minority, but I would really appreciate if an option could be added to turn back on the old arrow graphic or at least turn it off entirely. Thanks, and otherwise love the app, but if the arrow isn't removable I and potentially others may not be able to use it anymore.
