Hello EA please fix this bug 🙏

So I have a problem with this event in fc mobile which is festive fixture. When I go to the sections called road trip, I want to collect the reward in there, and after I unlocked aston villa I cannot collect the other reward, so I'm still stuck at the Aston Villa reward please why the free reward is still locked I already unlocked aston Villa reward and the hot dog one and still I haven't unlocked the free reward.
