I am writing to you regarding a sudden change that impacted many dedicated players recently. Following the release of the latest World Cup exchanges, which included highly anticipated player items like Mbappé and Messi, the 117 OVR Norwegian Goalkeeper, Ørjan Nyland, was downgraded back to 110 OVR.

Prior to this update, Nyland was an accessible option at 1,400 Perks/Points, allowing many of us to plan our resources around the exchange requirements. Due to this unexpected downgrade, he is no longer eligible for the 117 exchange, and the next available option in the market has risen significantly to around 5,000 Perks/Points.

While we fully understand that game updates and adjustments are necessary, this sudden modification has created a huge disadvantage for players who couldn't benefit from the exchange in time, while others managed to do so easily.

As part of the loyal FC Mobile community, we always appreciate your hard work in maintaining game balance. However, we kindly request the team to consider a fair solution for those affected—either by restoring Nyland’s 117 OVR rating or providing a suitable compensation to help players complete their desired exchanges fairly.
