Hello EA Support, after the latest FC Mobial

Hello EA Support, after the latest FC Mobile update, many of my old players and newly obtained players disappeared from my player inventory. My team OVR is still 125. I reset all filters and checked my players, but they are still missing. Please check my account and help restore my missing players.
