I purchased the Monthly Streak Pack V in EA SPORTS FC Mobile, but I have not received the purchased items.
Amount charged: PKR 1,558.77
Date: 21 August 2026
Time: 8:06 PM
Payment: Google EA SPORTS FC
The bank transaction shows “Transaction Successful”, but the purchased pack has not been delivered to my FC Mobile account.
I have attached my payment proof. Please check my purchase and either deliver the Monthly Streak Pack V or provide a refund.

Sometimes it can take 24 hours for your purchase to finish processing and be reflected in-game. If you don't have it by then, I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team via the in-game help option. They'll be able to take a look into this for you.
