Hello EA Support Team,

Hello EA Support Team,

Someone else has access to my EA account, and they are able to see and play with my team in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. 

I have already changed my password, enabled 2FA, and unlinked all social accounts, but I want to ensure my account is fully secured. 

Please perform a FORCE LOGOUT on all devices and block any unauthorized access to my account immediately.

My EA account email/[edit: email address removed]

    Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. It sounds like you've already taken a number of great steps to get things back into your control, so from here you'll just want to follow these steps to contact support so they can take a look.  As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

    Once you've gone through any remaining steps linked above, you can use the Contact us option at the bottom of the page to get in touch with the support team so they can help with the account recovery.
