Hello EA Support Team,

Hello EA Support Team,

 

I am facing an issue regarding missing rewards in FC Mobile. In the "Kick Off -> What's Next" section, under "FC Tutorial Lessons," the status is clearly showing as "COMPLETED."

 

However, I have not received the promised rewards of 30,000 Gems and 40 Draft Tokens in my game account. There was no claim button, and the rewards were not delivered to my inbox either.

 

I have attached the screenshot as proof showing the completed status. Please investigate my account and credit the missing gems and tokens to my inventory.

Kick off में से मुझे एक भी आइटम नहीं मिला ऐसा Q

    1. Select the Settings (cogwheel) icon on the home screen.
