There are two possible reasons for what you're experiencing.
First, it could just be pure incompetence — maybe the dev team simply doesn’t know how to fix the game. But that’s less likely, since these issues don’t happen every match and the console versions aren’t nearly as broken. Sure, the mobile version has limitations, but the gap shouldn’t be this massive.
Second, and more likely, is that they want to push you into spending. EA is one of the most money-hungry companies in the gaming industry, so it’s no surprise they'd design mechanics to squeeze your wallet. Many players have reported that after spending, some of these “restrictions” do ease up — but only temporarily. Once your spending momentum drops, you’re right back where you started, if not worse, and the cycle begins again.
In the end, don’t expect them to change. Listening to player feedback isn’t their strength — monetizing frustration and silencing criticism is.
