Hello, I have encountered a bug in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

I claimed a 114+ Team of the Season (TOTS) Pack from the event. It shows as 1/1 claimed with a checkmark, but I did not receive any player.

I have checked my Club, Inventory, and Inbox, but there is no new player.

Please check my account and restore my reward or return the pack.
