Help from fc mobile

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a problem in FC Mobile.

In the main lobby, my team is saved with a 4-4-2 formation and my selected players. However, when I enter a match, the game automatically changes my formation to 3-5-1-1 and replaces several players with different ones that I did not choose.

I have attached screenshots showing:

I did not make these changes myself. Please investigate this issue and help me fix it.
