Community ManagerHi! I'm not sure I understood correctly, but this usually means the EA account linked inside FC Mobile is not the same account you are using on the redeem page. Please try signing out and checking any other EA email addresses you may have used, then log in with the one that matches your in-game link. Also clear your browser cookies/cache and reopen the game once more so the link status refreshes.
I've tried all the accounts I've ever used, but nothing works. Then, in the game the mission to link the EA account is incomplete.But in the settings it is connected to all platforms
