Hi, thanks for joining our forums. If you’re unable to watch ads in FC Mobile, this is usually caused by one of the following: Temporary lack of available ads in your region, network or Wi-Fi restrictions blocking ad services or cached app data or device settings issues
Please try the following steps and see if that helps:
- Fully close FC Mobile and restart your device
- Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or try a different Wi-Fi network)
- Clear the FC Mobile app cache
- Make sure your device date/time settings are automatic
- Disable VPNs, ad blockers, Private DNS, or restrictive Wi-Fi security settings
- Update FC Mobile to the latest version
- Reinstall the game if the issue continues (only if you use a linked account)
