Hero chronicles login quest

I've have finished 4/5 quest for the premium hero 25 user logo. HOWEVER, I still haven't been able to get it due to the login quest, it's still been 19/20 for weeks! EA PLS HELP ME I SEE OTHERS HAVE ...

    When the solution says to be fully logged out, it means to be out of the app and it closed right?

      Im having the same problem. Both the daily login quest and in Icon chronicles quest are stuck on 8 for me. Lol. 

      Did you try what they suggested?

        Yes I left out of the game and closed it until 6 pm and it still didn't work.
