Heroes trial bugged

I have completed the hero trail more than 6 times with 6 different heroes but the reward is still glitched.

Contacted the customer service department but got no resolution.I have already claimed 8 heroes which is impossible to get without completing more than 30 trials.I am pretty sure the bug is still there.
