How to fix bug redeem code website about EA linked account?

I already clear my data chrome, delete game, delete account and change my ea account my fc mobile still can redeem code on the website

    This issue should now be fixed. Could you please refresh the page, sign back in to your EA Account, and try redeeming the code again?

The redeem code website is not working, it says you do not have an account associated but I use the same daily, same is coming for a friend too

Same here, I cannot reedem the daily prize ln the webstore and I cannot reedem de codes bdcause the webpage says that my account is not linked to the FC Mobile.... yesterday was working fine....
