How to fix bug redeem code website about EA linked account?

I already clear my data chrome, delete game, delete account and change my ea account my fc mobile still can redeem code on the website

    This issue should now be fixed. Could you please refresh the page, sign back in to your EA Account, and try redeeming the code again?

Hi I am currently linked my ea account with my email and I am unable to redeem codes as it's saying that I need to be linked up on the in game however I am linked so please assist
