How to fix bug redeem code website about EA linked account?

I already clear my data chrome, delete game, delete account and change my ea account my fc mobile still can redeem code on the website

    Hi there,
    This issue should now be fixed. Could you please refresh the page, sign back in to your EA Account, and try redeeming the code again?

Please fix my FC Mobile redeem issue. My EA Account shows as linked in FC Mobile (green checkmark), but the official redeem website says “This EA Account is not currently linked to an FC Mobile Account.” I have refreshed and logged in again, but it still doesn't work. Please investigate and fix the account-link/redeem issue.
