How to fix bug redeem code website about EA linked account?

I already clear my data chrome, delete game, delete account and change my ea account my fc mobile still can redeem code on the website

    This issue should now be fixed. Could you please refresh the page, sign back in to your EA Account, and try redeeming the code again?

Last night I was not able to login to the FC Mobile reedem page because your server didn't recognize ny account and I lost 2 important codes... too bad!!!
